1. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Requests: Once a service request has been submitted through the Aegis Tax Services application, it cannot be canceled if processing has already begun.
  • Pending Requests: If your request is still pending (e.g., before processing starts), you may cancel it by contacting us at 9303450060 or emailing our customer support team.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payments: If you make a duplicate payment for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment amount. Please contact us at 9303450060 within 7 business days of making the payment to process the refund.

  • Non-Performance of Service: If the service you requested is not fulfilled due to any technical or operational issue on our part, you may be eligible for a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the service request date.

  • Service-Specific Refunds: For certain services such as PAN Card, GST, and ITR, once the application is submitted to the respective government authority, no refund will be issued as the processing fee is non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:
