We understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund or cancel a service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing such requests.
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payments: If you make a duplicate payment for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment amount. Please contact us at 9303450060 within 7 business days of making the payment to process the refund.
Non-Performance of Service: If the service you requested is not fulfilled due to any technical or operational issue on our part, you may be eligible for a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the service request date.
Service-Specific Refunds: For certain services such as PAN Card, GST, and ITR, once the application is submitted to the respective government authority, no refund will be issued as the processing fee is non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
